Swedish Body Massage
Even though this is a deep tissue massage it is also very good at relaxing the entire body.
This massage is very popular for the following reasons: reduces stress, helps to improve sleep, improves immune system & improves concentration.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is Swedish therapy with the use of pre blended aromatherapy oils, the subtle aroma of the oils fill the air around you during the massage which are inhaled and absorbed through the skin.
The essential oils such as: Lavender, Geranium, Sandlewood and Eucalyptus relax, balance and harmonise the body.

Back Massage
I tailor your treatment to work on your specific area of concern if required.
If you prefer a firm massage or want to target those nodules of tension around your shoulders or if you suffer with a lot of aches and pains in your lower back, I am able to target and work more specifically on those areas.

Indian Head Massage
Relieves aches, pains and tension in your neck, top of back, shoulders, arms and head. The face is even incorporated into this stimulating yet relaxing massage.
This massage stimulates blood flow, encourages hair to grow whilst also improving it's texture, clears your sinuses, relieves stress and helps you to sleep better.

Hot Stone Massage
A luxury massage with hot and cold stones.
The Basalt stones used are excellent in retaining heat, targeting tension areas, easing muscle stiffness and increasing circulation.
The Marble stones on the face are excellent in reducing puffiness, dark circles, clearing sinuses.
As part of this treatment I also balance the bodies Chakras using crystals.
